The Company can reject, discontinue, remove, determine a breach of agreement, consider fraudulent any listing or advertisement and remove or take what actions they determine is needed without notification to any party.
The Company does not recommend, endorse, screen, own or operate any businesses or professionals displayed in the listings. The business and professionals are solely responsible for the provisions of the services provided or not provided to you.
Each user is to agree and understand that the Company shall not be liable to any user (individual, business or professional) and any outside or third party with respect to any services offered by any business or professional listed on the Site. If the Company terminates any Agreement with individual users, businesses or professionals for any reasons determined by the Company, the Company shall have no liability or responsibility to any involved party or individual. No purchase necessary to enter to win. One entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Criteria for entry, the start and end date for entries and posting winner will be specified on the entry form, webpage or social media post.

Contest is open to legal USA residents 18 and older as of date of entry with an address within the Continential USA. All prizes must ship to a Continential USA address.
